Rules and privacy

This is a private fan server that keeps the old Panfu game playable. It is not run by the makers of Panfu, costs nothing and has no shop for real money. It can go offline at any time.

Rules

• Be friendly and treat other pandas the way you want to be treated.
• Never share personal information: your real name, address, school, phone number, e-mail or passwords.
• No bullying and no bad or rude language. A word filter checks the chat.
• No cheating, and no modified game clients.
• Don't meet anyone from the game in real life without your parents.

Moderators can lock pandas from the chat, end their game or close their account when the rules are broken.

What the server stores

• Your panda: name, password (encrypted, nobody can read it), birthday, items, pets, mail, buddies and game progress.
• The e-mail address, if you typed one in when signing up. It is only used to answer you.
• The internet address (IP) your panda was created from, and failed logins for a day, to stop abuse.
• Chat messages for 30 days, so moderators can check reports. Then they are deleted.
• Reports and moderator actions about your panda.

When a new panda joins or a panda logs in, its panda name is posted in our Discord channel (only the name, nothing else). Choose a panda name that isn't your real name.

Nothing is sold or shared, and there is no advertising or tracking. To have your panda and its data deleted, write to the address on the contact page.
